2-1-1 Maine Call Reports
Each month 2-1-1 makes a difference in the lives of hundreds of Mainers. The data collected from
each call provides valuable information about different Maine communities, serving as a barometer
of health and human service needs in the state. We want to share this information to help in the
planning of programs and allocation of resources.
Below you will find the individual call reports listed by month as well as a year-to-date summary of
all call data.

2-1-1 Maine, Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed in partnership with United Ways of Maine and Youth Alternatives Ingraham to develop a health and human services information and referral service system to serve the entire State of Maine, every day and in times of crisis.
