How to Become Part of the Directory
Providers of health and human services and emergency resource services are encouraged to submit information regarding their organization and services for inclusion in 2-1-1 Maine’s Web-based Resource Directory. There is no charge to be listed in 2-1-1 Maine’s Resource Directory 2-1-1.
Include your organization:
1. Review 2-1-1 Maine Resource Directory Criteria for Inclusion
2. Review Instructions for Completing Agency Profile Forms
3. Review and complete Agency Profile Forms
4. Please return the completed form to your local Resource Coordinator.
